There are a lot of hiking and backpacking groups but not a lot that are kid friendly. This group aims to change that. This group will be all about camping, hiking and backpacking with kids. Everyone is welcome, beginners and experts. Please post up any meets you would like to do, or some of your favorite places to go. Lets get the kids outside...enough talk of nature deficit disorder.

Baby Boot Camp stroller-based fitness classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core strength. Kangoo improve balance, agility, and coordination. Kangoo classes helps to tighten and tone your body. You will feel it mostly in your core and glutes. Kangoo is for ALL levels and very safe and effective. This class will be held outdoors in a boot camp style.
